The
CMS Virtual Print Driver can be used like any other print
driver, and will show up as a Print to CMS printer. In
any application that has the ability to print, documents can be
printed to the print driver directly into your document
management system. |

desktop capture application allows the user to easily index
TIFF, Adobe PDFs, Text Files, and Microsoft Offices documents
from their desktop. |

Email Integration |
The
"drop zone" is a small green window that always stays on top to
allow users to drag and drop files into an indexing queue.
Emails and attachments can also be "dropped" directly from
Microsoft Outlook. |

Windows Explorer Integration |
Documents can be selected in Windows Explorer and send to an
indexing queue by using the right-hand mouse click Send To
option. |
